Heskett Power Plant Stairway

The Heskett Powerplant Fishing Stairway was developed to provide more safe shoreline fishing access to the Missouri River. Excellent waterfowl, bald eagle, and bird watching area. Excellent wildlife viewing area available in the nearby Bill Burns Natural Wildlife Management Area which is managed by the Mandan Refinery.
