A campsite shall be considered occupied by the existence of a primary camping unit
The site must be properly tagged with the information of the occupant of the primary camping unit
A campsite will not be considered occupied by the sole placement of camping accessories, chairs, coolers, children's tents, or other vehicles.
The determination of a qualifying primary camping unit will be under the discretion of the designated Morton County Campground Host.
Primary Camping Unit is defined as: Any vehicle or shelter specifically used for sleeping in or upon a portion of Morton County Park Jurisdiction designated as a campsite.
Drivers of ATVs and Side x Sides must have valid driver's licenses and the vehicles must be street legal.
