Welcome to Open Enrollment! 

 

For the 2025 plan year, Team Members can modify or renew benefit elections between the dates of October 21, 2024 through November 01, 2024

 

All enrollment requests must be received on or before November 01, 2024 and each change must be accompanied by the required paperwork (electronically or manually). 

 

We will not be able to grant exceptions to this deadline unless you encounter a qualifying life event.  If you encounter a Qualified Life Event, you must notify Kathy Krance within thirty-one (31) days from the event.  For a complete description of a Qualified Life Event, please see the corresponding section within this guide.

 

All changes will take effect on January 1, 2025.  For benefits that are paid one month in advance (All Voluntary Products), these changes will be reflected in the December payroll cycle. 

 

Elections that remain unchanged will roll over into the 2025 plan year, with the exception of the Medical Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Account.  You must renew your medical flexible spending account and dependent care account election annually.
