WRIT OF EXECUTION PAPER SERVICE

Service within Mandan City Limits:  $140  (subject to additional $50 charge per levy)

Service outside of Mandan City Limits, within Morton County :  $160 (subject to additional $50 charge per levy)

 

Service Fees are charged per individual served.  One mileage fee is charged when more than one individual is served at one location.

If office staff is asked to make copies, the fee is $2.00 per page.
